Definitions

Testnet Types

Development Testnet (Devnet): Used for development purposes.
Qualification Testnet (QT): Used to evaluate "Qualification Operators" before promoting the top performers to "Core Operator" status
Core Testnet(CT): Used to evaluate the Valis Tockchain protocol. Core Testnets are run exclusively by Core Operators.

Node Registration Deadline: The final day for node operators to submit their node details, including IP and public address, through the Valis Collaborator Dashboard for inclusion in the testnet whitelist.
Operator Confirmation Deadline: The final day for node operators to confirm their participation in the testnet by sending a direct message to the Valis_Support user on Discord.
Binaries Availability: The estimated time when the testnet node software binaries (e.g., vcli, generator, validator, etc.) will be released by Valis and accessible to node operators via the Tockchain Testnet Guide for Node Operators.
Operator Availability: The time by which node operators must be online and prepared to start their generator and validator nodes to ensure a seamless testnet launch.
Generators Start: The deadline for all generator nodes to be operational, enabling participation in the genesis tock and the start of testnet activities.
